Position: EDB Customer Service Services (Hybrid set up)

Salary: Php37,000 package

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Open for high school graduate/Non bachelor
✨2-3 years experience as CSR
✨Amenable to work in shifting schedule
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview
✨Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Responsible for answering customer’s questions and inquiries.
✨Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
✨Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
✨Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
✨Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
