Job Description

COMPANY PROFILE: This company already have 35 years of operation in the industry. It is a finance institution that provides a banking services to their client that include payments and cash management.

Position: EDB Consultant
Company Industry: Banking & Finance
Work Location: Eastwood Ave, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php33,000 Basic Php37,000
Work Set Up: Work on site during training and hybrid after

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least 2 years’ experience of a customer service
- Open to HS graduates, SHS graduates, Undergraduates
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Willing to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make sure that the first call resolution for customer is will be contacting us through our voice channel
- Make sure to resolve the inquiries of the customer with efficient and timely manner by understanding their need.
- Be one of the ambassadors by providing the best to the customer experience in all voice interaction
- Encourage our customer by using bank is more convenient with the use of Digital & Self-service channels
- Be professional with handling the work with meeting the customer centric, financial and risk metrics
