Job Description
-Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
-Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand into new markets or sectors.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
-Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand and product positioning.
Required Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, key account management, or trade marketing preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
-Proven track record in building and scaling customer partnerships and growing category shares.
-Deep understanding of retail dynamics, pricing structures, and consumer buying behavior.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms is an advantage.
Additional Notes:
-This position will be working with a major diversified beverage company in the Philippines.
-Working Set-up: Onsite
-Mondays to Fridays.
