Job Description
Job Summary:
Seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to drive business growth by identifying and penetrating niche markets within the aerospace and related industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales, market research, and lead generation strategies to target the right clients and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Identification & Client Acquisition:
Conduct market research to identify high-potential industries, businesses, and decision-makers that require aerospace fabrication solutions.
Analyze industry trends, competition, and client needs to position the company effectively.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by identifying and engaging key decision-makers.
Build strategic relationships with businesses in aerospace, aviation, defense, and other industries requiring precision metal fabrication.
Sales & Business Development:
Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and direct outreach.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with our capabilities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, project execution, and after-sales support.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Develop customized sales strategies to convert leads into long-term customers.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing in alignment with company policies.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships for repeat business opportunities.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to management.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in aerospace, metal fabrication, or manufacturing industries.
Strong ability to research and identify niche markets and high-potential customers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in developing and closing business deals.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
Work Location:
Lot 2, Block 10, Phase 7C Laguna Technopark Mamplasan, Biñan City
Landmark: Green Building near Majestic and IEC Philippines Inc.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday 7:00am-4:00pm
Salary Range: ₱18,000-25,000 depending on experience and potential
