Requirements:
- College graduates with no BPO experience
- College graduates with at least 3 months BPO experience
- College undergraduates with 6 months to 1 year BPO experience

• Education: Bachelor's/College Degree required
• With BPO Experience: Proven experience in account management, sales or pitching, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
