We are seeking an experienced HR & Organizational Development Manager to lead our Human Resources and Organizational Development functions. This role will provide strategic guidance and ensure smooth daily operations of HR and OD activities, helping align people strategies with company goals.
Qualifications:
• Male or Female, ideally 40–50 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a managerial role handling HR and/or Organization Development
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage core HR functions – recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, safety, and admin services
• Lead training, performance management, and organizational development initiatives
• Work closely with top management on HR strategies and compliance
• Improve HR systems, processes, and data-driven decision-making
• Promote open communication and a positive workplace culture
Work Location: Makati
Salary Range: 70k to 90k
