Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to help source, screen, and recommend top-tier candidates for our hiring needs.

This is a freelance role where compensation is given on a per head/per hire basis, making it ideal for self-starters who thrive in performance-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and databases.

Screen and assess candidates via resumes, interviews, and relevant tests.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain clear and timely communication with both candidates and clients.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Meet hiring targets and deliver quality hires within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.

Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, or other relevant channels.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.

Access to a computer and a stable internet connection.

Preferred:

Background in BPO, IT, Healthcare, or remote hiring.

Experience working with recruitment agencies or freelance setups.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Pay per hire (even a range, like “₱2,000–₱5,000 per successful hire depending on the role”).

Types of roles to be filled (e.g., “mostly BPO/CSR positions” or “healthcare support roles”).

With success incentive – e.g., “Bonus for 5+ hires per month.”

Payment terms – e.g., “Paid via GCash or bank transfer within 7 days of hire.”
