Talent Acquisition Specialist

I. Responsibilities:
*Work with outside head-hunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales.
*Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program.
*Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those Candidates personally.
*Interview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques.
*Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process.
*Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees.
*Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.

Qualifications:
*Graduate of Human Resources or any related course
*Must have experience in a BPO company.
*Must have warehouse experience.
*Must have a strong communication skill.
*Willing to work in Night shift.

Salary Structure:
*Monthly Basic Salary: PHP20,000.00 to Php25,000.00
*13th Month Pay: Prorated

Start Date: As soon as possible

Place of Work: Unit 901/902 One Trium Tower 6324 Filinvest Avenue, Filinvest Corporate City Alabang 1781 Muntinlupa City.

Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week, 8 hrs per day, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM from Monday
