Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor's Degree holder
✨With atleast 3-5 years’ experience in volume hiring/agent level hiring; IT-niche hiring and multilingual hiring
✨Amenable to work on Hybrid Set Up in Taguig City
✨Willing to attend interviews
✨Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
✨Discuss needs in a meeting with managers to gain a better understanding of the hiring requirements.
✨Increase the number of applicants by partnering with colleges and universities, employment agencies, websites that post jobs, social media, and non-traditional recruitment channels.
✨Keeps up-to-date on job knowledge by taking advantage of educational opportunities
✨Make sure that collaborations with hiring and project managers are formed in order to comprehend additional requirements that need to be filled.
✨Make use of all available hiring resources to make sure that requirements are fulfilled.
✨Establish timely and frequent stakeholder engagements to guarantee that goals and targets are in line.
✨As agreed upon with key stakeholders, meet SLAs and metrics and provide regular resource updates.
✨Make use of the available monitoring tools to assess the success and progress of your recruitment tactics.
✨The implementation of recruitment tactics and programs. Make sure that processes are in place for maximum effectiveness.
