Job Description
-High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, especially for B2B or technical sales)
2. Experience
-1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (entry-level)
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
-Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
3. Skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
-Time management and organizational skills
-Problem-solving and adaptability
-Basic knowledge of sales techniques and principles
-Comfortable with cold calling, presentations, and product demos
