Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, manage client relationships, and oversee the performance of the sales team. This role involves both strategy and fieldwork, including direct client visits and regular reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the sales team in meeting weekly targets, including at least 20 qualified sales calls
2. Supervise and support sales executives to ensure performance goals are achieved
3. Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing client visits, meeting summaries, and location logs
4. Develop strategies to expand market reach and attract new clients
5. Analyze sales data and recommend improvements
6. Coordinate with marketing and operations to align sales goals
7. Identify and pursue potential clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals
8. Schedule and attend client meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare proposals
9. Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
10. Handle inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals
11. Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM or tracking tools
12. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. At least 3 years proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hotel or events industry
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
4. Ability to analyze performance metrics and take corrective action
5. Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork as needed

Work Schedule:
1. Monday to Saturday.
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
