Job Summary:
Jacinto & Lirio is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development and Corporate Sales Consultant to drive growth in the corporate giveaways sector. This role is ideal for individuals with strong networks, a passion for sales, and a strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and analyze industry trends to find potential clients
- Reach out to new clients and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals highlighting our brand story and product benefits
- Understand client requirements and customize product or service offerings to meet their specific needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by providing regular support, guidance, and service improvements
- Ensure client satisfaction through proper after-sales support and servicing
- Create and execute monthly action plans aimed at achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Report sales activity and market intelligence to management for strategic planning
- Represent the company as a sales consultant during pop-up events and trade shows
- Keep CRM systems and client databases up to date, including account pipelines and mailing lists
- Manage customer relationship systems, track performance metrics, and recommend process improvements
- Supervise interns and third-party partnerships to support sales initiatives
- Contribute to team goals and collaborate on cross-functional projects as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in the corporate giveaways industry or a related field (e.g., customized products, B2B retail, merchandising)
- Has an existing network of customers or corporate clients
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams or projects
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of working independently as well as in a team
