About the role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Support Representative (TSR) to join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions, based in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. As a TSR, you will be responsible for providing premium IT support and customer service to our valued clients. This is a full-time position, offering a stimulating work environment and opportunities for growth.

What you'll be doing:
Providing technical support and troubleshooting to customers via phone, email, and chat
Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of IT-related issues and inquiries
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department
Continuously updating your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible service
Contributing to the improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for:
Must have at least 2 years BPO experience or 1 year Tech Support experience
Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues
Familiarity with common IT hardware, software, and networking concepts
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Typing speed: 35 WPM with 85% accuracy OR 35 WPM with 95% accuracy
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime
