Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of BPO or technical support experience and possess excellent communication skills. If you’re passionate about providing technical assistance, solving problems, and helping customers with their tech-related issues, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their product or service issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, or other tech products.
Guide customers step-by-step through technical solutions in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the CRM system.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving technical concerns quickly and professionally.
Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.
Document common technical issues and create troubleshooting guides for future reference.

Qualifications:
At least a High School Graduate (or equivalent).
Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience or technical support experience.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 85% accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
A customer-first mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
