Job Description

We’re Hiring: Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Join our team and play a key role in managing payroll, benefits administration, and compliance! If you're detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely updates for new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments
- Handle statutory remittances and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Investigate and resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies
- Oversee payroll bank accounts, ATM card processing, and final pay computation for separated employees
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, payroll regulations, and company policies
- Prepare, transmit, and reconcile timekeeping records
- Communicate benefits programs, updates, and requirements to employees
- Process BIR Form 2316 and other regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records and reports
Salary:
