Job Description
-Human resources (HR) has many duties and responsibilities, including recruiting, training, and compensating employees. HR also helps employees with concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
-Employee records such as create and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, onboarding documents and track and manage employee absence records.
-Recruiting and hiring such as finding and hiring the best talent and Onboarding new hires to help them integrate into the company, recruit new hires by interviewing candidates, processing applications and preparing job descriptions and contractual terms.
-Training and development such as ensuring employees have the skills to perform their jobs well and developing and maintaining a list of training and development opportunities
-Compensation and benefits such as ensuring employees are paid fairly and on time and Offering competitive salaries and benefits
-Employee relations such as helping employees with concerns and grievances, resolving conflicts between employees, and creating a positive work environment.
-Company culture such as defining and improving the company's mission, vision, and values and ensuring employees and leaders live by the company's values
-Compliance such as ensuring the organization complies with laws, regulations, and internal policies, mitigating legal risks and promoting ethical practices
-Workplace safety such as ensuring the workplace is safe for employees
-Also other HR-related process such as handling petty cash, computing payroll, processing of Mandatory government benefits like SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig
-Also doing company memos, verbal written warnings, NTE’s, notice of decision, and other related disciplinary action
-Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as required from time to time
