Recruitment and Selection
• Job Posting
• Conduct interview an interview (rank and file and managerial position)
• Coordinate with different managers/head for final interview schedule
• Prepare Job offer and employment contract
On boarding and File Management
• Conduct New employee orientation
• Ensure that the new hires signed the contract and submitted the complete pre-employment requirements
• Enroll in Biometrics
• Create ID’s
• Prepare and Update the Masterlist
• Prepare Payroll ATM endorsement
• Monitoring and schedule performance evaluation for all newly hired employee
Post Employment (end of contract, resignation and termination)
• Manage documentation, prepare clearance for EOC, resign and terminated employee
• Coordinate with COMPENBEN for the last pay computation
• Prepare and issue employment certification
Employee relations
• Handle employees grievances
• Prepare Tardiness Memo, notice to explain (NTE), handle investigation, employee conference, notice of decision (NOD)
• Prepare internal memorandum
• Complies with DOLE reporting
Compensation and Benefit
• Check the accuracy of timekeeping and payroll summary both daily and monthly paid employees (manual Process)
• Verified and checking all government remittances
• Verified employees benefits and claims such as SSS sickness, maternity, and loans
• Monitoring HMO renewal attend employees inquiries regarding their benefits availments
Admin
• Monitoring and replenishment of office supplies
• Coordinate with vendor/supplies and prepare purchase order
• Handles/assist in preparation of company events
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of office equipment and facilities
• Assist with permits, regulatory requirement and general administrative support
Manage and handle the timekeeping and payroll of both head office and store personnel employees
Prepare governmental payment and reports
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Preferably Supervisor/3 Yrs & 5 Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Proven experience in HR and Administrative roles.
• Knowledge of HR practices and compliance with labor laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Strong Organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Attention to details
• Ability to work independently
• Have strong personality and able to deal with foreign Employer
• Onsite and willing to work in Rockwell Makati.
