Job Description

Senior Business Process Officer ( cagayan de oro)
● Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related
field (preferred).
● Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business process management or a related role.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve business processes.
● Experience in process mapping, workflow optimisation, and operational efficiency
improvements.
● Proficiency in business process management (BPM) tools and software.
● Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend cost-effective solutions.
● Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
● Knowledge of industry best practices, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
● Experience in data analysis and reporting to support process improvement initiatives.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Highly Regarded:
● Proven admin experience ( preferably 5 or more years ) in an senior admin role, EA / PA
role or even a managerial role, preferably in a mid-to-large sized organisation.
● Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills with the ability to
prioritise and execute tasks.
● Ability to learn new tasks and Business Processes quickly.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
● Proficient in the Google Suite of products, (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Meets & Chats)
● Knowledge and use of AI ( Chat GPT, Gemini etc )
● Experience with specific CRM, software and other tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk,
Hubspot & Zoho
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● Working internationally or for an international company would be highly regarded
