Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell products or services to potential and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions to meet their requirements.
Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Process orders, handle billing inquiries, and provide product or service information accurately.
Upsell or cross-sell additional products and services when appropriate.
Manage customer objections and resolve issues effectively to close sales.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
Work closely with team members and sales supervisors to achieve team goals.
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate
1-year BPO experience in sales required
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Willing to do Shifting schedule/Weekends/Holidays/OT required
Must be able to type at least 30WPM
