Job Description

Looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide information about our products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, striving for a positive resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
