Job Description

We are currently looking for Sales Associates (CSR) to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced BPO environment. As a Sales Associate, you will handle customer interactions through inbound or outbound calls, drive product or service sales, and ensure a positive customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are sales-driven, customer-focused, and ready to grow within the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone to promote and sell products or services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Document call outcomes and update customer records accurately.
- Work closely with the team leader to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications:
- Must have completed at least 2 years in college (any course).
- Minimum 6 months BPO experience in a sales account is required.
- Must possess excellent English communication skills (C1 proficiency level).
- Comfortable working in an onsite setup.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
