Job Description
Voortman X is growing fast — and we need a Sales Trainer who can keep up. This role is all about building a high-performing sales team by giving them the tools, structure, and support they need to succeed. You’ll be based in our Cebu City office, working closely with new Sales Members and helping them level up from day one.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead onboarding and training for new sales hires
• Build clear, useful materials: scripts, objection handling guides, and process docs
• Run workshops, live roleplays, and coaching sessions
• Help Sales Managers turn best practices into daily routines
• Track team performance and adjust training to fill any gaps
• Stay up to date on what’s working in the market — and keep us one step ahead
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience as a Sales Trainer or strong sales background with leadership experience
• Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
• Confident leading both group training and 1-on-1 coaching
• Organized and able to manage multiple training tracks at once
• Comfortable with performance data and using it to drive improvements
