Job Description
- Collaborate with HR Head and senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies supporting business growth.
- Offer thought leadership on organizational strategy and people-related execution.
- Develop people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
2. Performance Management and Employee Development
- Educate and coach managers on performance management, employee development goals, and career transitions.
- Provide guidance on feedback, performance calibration, and employee coaching.
3. Employee Relations and Organizational Development
- Provide expertise in employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
- Facilitate HR programs such as recruiting, retention, and Learning & Development.
4. HR Policy and Education
- Provide timely information and education on HR issues across all company levels.
- Educate team members on compensation practices and performance feedback processes.
5. Culture and Engagement
- Collaborate with the HR team to foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and inspiration.
- Champion initiatives that accelerate employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
