Marketing Officer

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related course.
At least 1 year of experience in marketing or related field (open to fresh graduates with strong interest in marketing).
Knowledge of marketing strategies, market research, and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Canva).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Create and manage content for social media, website, and other marketing channels.
Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and trends.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) and provide recommendations for improvement.
Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Support branding and product positioning strategies.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, ads).
Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and expenses.
