Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager at TOP Creamery, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and
building strong client relationships. You will oversee multiple market segments, including
online, general market, key accounts, and distribution channels, while leading a team of sales
professionals. Your focus will be on optimizing sales operations, ensuring consistent
performance, and exceeding sales targets across different segments. You will engage with
clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and represent TOP Creamery as a trusted
partner.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the food production or
manufacturing industry.
3. Strong understanding of market segments, including key accounts, distribution channels,
and online sales.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to lead and mentor a sales team.
6. Experience in business development and client relationship management.
7. Strong strategic thinking and ability to meet sales targets.
8. Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
10. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
11. Amenable to work in Las Piñas.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Lead:
1. Manage sales across online, general market, key accounts, and distribution segments.
2. Train and enhance product knowledge of team members handling various sales channels.
3. Ensure periodic forecasts are completed to anticipate portfolio needs and mitigate supply
issues.
Client Relationship Management:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships as the primary point of contact for clients.
2. Conduct product presentations to decision-makers and business owners.
3. Serve as a subject matter expert on TOP Creamery's portfolio.
Business Development:
1. Acquire new clients and expand business with existing customers.
2. Drive sales growth and increase opportunities in line with business expansion goals.
3. Create and submit tailored corporate proposals and quotations based on client needs.
Customer Service and Support:
1. Continuously improve response times, service quality, and after-sales support.
2. Actively engage with clients during product launches and promotional campaigns.
3. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to organize sales events and campaigns.
Representation and Training:
1. Represent TOP Creamery at offsite events, conferences, and branding campaigns.
2. Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients as needed.
Reporting:
1. Report directly to the Managing Director on all aspects of sales performance.
2. Provide monthly reports to the Board of Directors on sales activities and performance.
Sales Operations Management:
1. Ensure efficient management of sales operations and adherence to sales procedures.
2. Make recommendations for improvements to streamline sales operations.
3. Oversee and resolve any sales operations challenges promptly.
Additional Functions:
1. Align all sales activities with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development.
3. Implement and manage sales incentive programs to motivate the sales team.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Location: Las Piñas City, Manila
Schedule: Monday to Friday- 8:00am-6:30pm
- Salary:
- ₱35,000.00 Monthly
