Job Description
Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market share within the supply chain company.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve growth targets.
Identify and qualify potential clients through networking, research, and outreach.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to support business development initiatives.
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services.
Ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve business development goals.
Monitor expenses and optimize the use of resources for maximum ROI
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving business development and sales targets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support business development activities.
