Position: Customers Service Representative
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Eastwood Quezon City
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule (12:00 pm or 9:00 pm)
Salary: Php 18,000 to Php 21,000
Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor Degree Holder
✨ Open for Fresh Graduate and High School Diploma
✨ 1 years’ experience in BPO is an advantage
✨ Amenable to attend interviews
✨ Willing to work in Eastwood Quezon City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Make sure to handle all the needed calls with courtesy and professionalism
✨ Make sure to handle all the needed inquiries in timely in professional manner via call
✨ Assist the inquiries of all the needed of the elderly to solve the customer needs
✨ Ensure to research all the information needed by using all the available sources
✨ Ensure to take all the inbound call of customer, orders, prayer and donation
