Job Description

Job Summary:

Works closely with the Division Head to drive customer acquisition, growth, and retention by achieving sales targets, supporting sales strategies, and strengthening customer relationships. Contributes to company goals through effective team management, timely project execution, KPI achievement, and adherence to company values.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support sales account managers in meetings, client calls, presentations, demos, and negotiations.

Assist in proposal creation, bid preparation, and sales closings.

Identify and evaluate business growth opportunities through events and partnerships.

Build and maintain relationships with key partners to generate sales opportunities.

Plan and organize team resources using tools and frameworks to meet segment goals.

Monitor and communicate team performance through metrics like the sales funnel.

Identify training needs, plan and execute relevant programs, and evaluate outcomes.

Recognize and reward strong individual and team performance.



Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or any related course.

With at least three (2) years of related work experience

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.

Preferably residing within Quezon City area.
