Job Description

We're growing and we want YOU to be part of our Tech Support Account in Metro Manila!
Experience a one-day hiring process and salary offer up to 25K plus monthly commissions!

Your Day-to-Day:

•Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a range of tech products and services.
•Handle technical inquiries, issues, and support requests from customers.
•Offer accurate information and solutions related to hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
•Process service requests and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
•Maintain detailed records of support interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications:

•High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
•No prior tech support experience necessary—we provide comprehensive training!
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
•Basic understanding of tech products, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
•Ability to work independently and adapt to changing technical environments.
•Familiarity with support tools and systems is a plus but not required.
