Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
• No prior tech support experience necessary—we provide comprehensive training!
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of tech products, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing technical environments.
• Familiarity with support tools and systems is a plus but not required.
