Qualifications for Technical Support Agents:

At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate
With 1 year BPO Tech Support experience (Voice or Non-Voice)
OR 2 years BPO experience with at least 3 months Tech background
Excellent English communication skills
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge in basic hardware/software, internet, connectivity issues, etc.
Amenable to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
Must be a team player with great customer service attitude
