Case Manager Requirements and Qualifications

Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, applicants, employers and attorneys
Excellent time management skills; organized and able to prioritize
Motivated to take on additional case load volume and solve problems
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple cases
Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, schedules, dates, and information
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Comfortable with building personal relationships and dedicated to helping others
Empathetic and supportive with mentorship and leadership skills
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Must be willing to work on-site


Case Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Review incoming applicant files for accuracy and completeness of documentation required for filing of an immigration application
Ongoing and timely communication with applicant in order to provide a high level of customer service and to ensure each applicant’s case is being managed in a proactive manner
Ongoing and timely communication with client in order to provide a high level of customer service and to ensure client is appropriately informed throughout the entire recruitment process
Timely submission and ongoing monitoring of applicant files and related documents to immigration attorneys, credentialing, and licensure agencies
Timely and accurate record keeping of applicant status
Advise immediate manager in a timely manner of any adverse developments impacting on the progress of applicant cases
