Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth for the hotel. The Sales Account Executive actively sources corporate, group, and event business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the hotel’s facilities and services. As a key representative of the hotel’s brand, the Sales Account Executive plays a vital role in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Identify, solicit, and secure new business accounts through direct sales, telemarketing, networking, and client presentations.
2. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and client satisfaction.
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs.
4. Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets and KPIs.
5. Conduct property tours and site inspections for prospective clients and partners.
6. Collaborate with operations and events teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
7. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
8. Participate in local networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to increase brand visibility.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
10. Ensure accurate and timely input of client data and activity logs in the CRM or sales system.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client accounts.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Professional appearance, enthusiastic attitude, and customer-focused approach.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
Salary:
₱18,000.00 Monthly
