Job Description

Group NB is a fast-growing leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), delivering customized customer support, back-office solutions, and digital transformation services to clients across multiple industries. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help expand our client base.

As a Sales Representative – BPO Services, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals related to outsourcing solutions. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue by selling our tailored BPO offerings to small, mid-sized, and enterprise-level organizations located in North America wanting to implement or expand their remote workers in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting, networking, and cold calling
Develop a deep understanding of our BPO services to effectively communicate value propositions
Conduct sales presentations and client meetings virtually
Collaborate with internal teams (solutions, delivery, marketing) to develop customized proposals
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
Maintain CRM records with accurate sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasting
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging outsourcing needs
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in BPO, outsourcing, or technology services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions
Familiarity with CRM software
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
