Position: Customer Sales Representative
Location: One Ayala Makati, Philippines
Working Hours / Available shifts:
8:00 pm to 5:00 am (Night Shift) Monday to Friday
Compensation: Php 30,000.00
Responsibilities:
-With strong English (American) accent.
-With experience on handling calls with Middle Eastern clients (is a plus).
-Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and leads.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
-Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
-Provide accurate and timely information about our products/services to clients.
-Handle client inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
-Keep detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
-Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in sales (prior experience in BPO is a plus).
-Strong English (American) accent.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Can do night shifts and day shifts.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
-Highly motivated and target driven.
-A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
