Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide support and promote products/services
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and promotions
• Achieve individual and team sales goals and KPIs
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Job Requirements:
• At least 6 months of BPO experience (voice or non-voice account)
• Completed at least 2 years of college education (any course)
• Amenable to work on-site in [Insert City/Location]
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
