Key Responsibilities:
This role involves managing the onboarding team, overseeing reports and analytics, handling recruitment partner contract renewals, ensuring risk and compliance for pre-employment documents and medical exams according to company, government, and client standards, and governing internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any related course.
8 to 10 years of comprehensive BPO recruitment experience.
Minimum of 4 years of experience managing BPO recruitment onboarding, with over 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in recruitment analytics, reporting, and risk and compliance management.
Must be willing to work full-time onsite in our BGC, Taguig office.
Amenable to working the graveyard shift.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Non-negotiable: audit and compliance experience, and willingness to work the graveyard shift.
The hiring manager prefers candidates with a background specifically in onboarding and compliance within a tower-based organizational structure.
