ASSIST CUSTOMERS OR CLIENTS REGARDING THEIR HEALTH INSURANCE.MOST OF THE CALLERS ARE ELDERS FROM UNITED STATES.AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE YOU WILL ASSIST THE ELDERS IN LOOKING FOR THE NEAREST HOSPITAL OR DOCTORS FOR THEM.MAKE SURE THAT THEY WILL GET THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.SINCE THEY ARE ELDERS,MALES THEM FEEL THAT THEY ARE BEING TAKING CARED OF.
