Company Description:: "Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements; Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints. Conducts initial interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other concerns; informs appropriate HR staff when additional investigation is required. Assists with recordkeeping related to termination, affirmative action, and disciplinary actions Conducts surveys, interviews, and other research related to human resource policies, compensation, and other labor negotiations; collects information and reports results to HR Manager. Maintains knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to employee relation, affirmative action, collective bargaining, unions, labor relations, and human resources. Assists with preparation of plans, policies, documents, and reports, affirmative action plans, organizational charts, labor agreements, and employee handbooks. Assists with preparation of documents and records required for contract negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee and labor organizations. Performs other duties as assigned." Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a high volume, customer-facing, fast-paced environment required.
- Heavy experience with key sources for candidates and proven ability to develop a "network" of candidates.
- Be knowledgeable about sourcing techniques on social media and other sourcing channels for Healthcare positions.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in sourcing applicants, preferably from BPO, shared services, or RPO companies.
- Must have knowledge of sourcing strategies/techniques focused on Healthcare campaigns.
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
- Strong people management skills.
- Must be willing to report onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
