Job Description

· Conduct market research where results can be used as reference to enhance TGSI collective expertise in Integrated Facility Management (IFM).

· Analyze target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans and campaigns to drive sales.

· Engage in proactive generation of sales leads; persistent in pursuing sales goals, overcoming challenges and adapting to changing demands of the IFM and other support services industries.

· Develop strategies to penetrate new market segments, analyzing customer profiles and needs

· Formulate customer retention plans, leveraging the TGSI service brand.

· Ensure that target/s are met within set period.

· Conduct sales presentation / pitch, tailoring presentations to client requirements and management directives.

· Manage and monitor TGSI Social Media Accounts.

· In-charge of collateral design and execution.

· Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with potential clients.

· Perform other duties related to Business Development.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· A graduate of any of the following Bachelor’s degree: Business Management, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.

· Must have at least three (3) years relevant experience from a dynamic organization: IFM, hotel, or healthcare, and other service industries.

· With excellent active network in the IFM and other service-oriented industries.

· With extensive connection and client pool across all industries.

· Must have experience managing corporate social media accounts

· With strong customer service orientation

· With excellent interpersonal relationship and is able to relate to people at all levels.

· Must have very good command of English and Filipino; proficiency in other dialects is a plus.

· Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Must have expertise in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

· Creative and knows how to maximize the use of multimedia apps.

· Willing to conduct fieldwork and preferably knows how to drive both manual and automatic 4-wheel vehicles.
