Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing department. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the organization's marketing and advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, creative thinker with a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive growth, build brand awareness, and support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.

Lead and manage the marketing team, including digital marketing, brand management, content, PR, and events.

Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid media.

Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through performance marketing and customer insights.

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Build strategic partnerships and media relations to enhance brand credibility and visibility.

Oversee the development of marketing materials and brand assets to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and performance measurement tools.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Experience in B2B/B2C marketing (as relevant to your business).

Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand and storytelling.

Proficiency with marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools).

Preferred Skills:
Experience in a startup or fast-growing company environment.

International marketing experience (if applicable).

Knowledge of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization.

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
