Position: Production Team Leader
Company Industry: Japanese Manufacturing
Work Location: Biñan, Laguna
Work Schedule: Regular Schedule
Salary: Php 15,000 - Php 21,000 gross
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of ME, BSECE, or Mechatronics Engineer or related field.
Have work experience as a Team Leader in a Japanese Manufacturing company
With work experience in people handling
Monitor change over line set up efficiency
Willing to work onsite on Binan, Laguna

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible on supervise more than 50 operators
Responsible to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently
Support production teams with technical expertise and documentation
Conduct product and process analysis and improvements
Prepare and present technical reports to both technical and non-technical staff
