Job Description

COMPANY PROFILE: A Manufacturing company that handles equipment products for financial distributions.
Position: Engineering Supervisor
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Binan Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 28,000 gross
Work Set-up: On-site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in an engineering or technical role
• With leadership experience or handling people
• Amenable to attend onsite interview
• Can Start ASAP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise daily operations of the engineering team
• Ensure timely completion of engineering projects and maintenance tasks
• Help to enforce safety protocols and quality standards.
• Responsible in coordinating with other departments for process improvements
• Responsible in monitoring team performance and provide training or coaching as needed
