Job Description
Position: Engineering Supervisor
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Binan Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 am – 4:00 am
Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 28,000 gross
Work Set-up: On-site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in an engineering or technical role
With leadership experience or handling people
Amenable to attend onsite interview
Can Start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise daily operations of the engineering team
Ensure timely completion of engineering projects and maintenance tasks
Help to enforce safety protocols and quality standards.
Responsible in coordinating with other departments for process improvements
Responsible in monitoring team performance and provide training or coaching as needed
