Required Experience
-Bachelor's degree holder in any Engineering Course.
-With experience in Electronics manufacturing, preferably a Japanese manufacturing
-With 5 years of managerial experience is a must
-With experience in ISO9001 FMEA and Control is a must
-With solid experience in handling production in an electronics manufacturing setting. knowledgeable in solder wave knowledge in PCB is an advantage, but not required.
Job Description:
1. Assist the Senior Manager in organizing and supervising work in the production department.
2. Plan, leads organize and control the day to day operation of the Department/Section.
3. Monitors and recommend changes in work methods/and or equipment usage to improve labor utilization, production efficiency and department expenses.
4. Conducts new hire and on-going training in production.
5. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that standards for production, quality housekeeping and safety are met.
6. Follow written and verbal instructions, attend meetings and perform other tasks as directed Sr. Manager.
7. Ensure that schedules and objectives are met.
8. Performs other duties as required and reports to Factory Manager.
