Global Sourcing Senior Analyst Procurement Practice

Responsibilities:
Support sourcing exercises and lead low to medium complexity RFIs and RFPs in the delivery of the category strategy and market unit objectives.
Conduct upfront market research and supplier identification for category projects.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with procurement and stakeholder objectives.
Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to support sourcing and category management activities.
Provide analysis for sourcing activities to maintain the competitiveness of category contracts.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure effective delivery within the category.
Contribute to KPI reporting of supplier performance, identifying opportunities to improve category strategy delivery.
Perform total cost of ownership analyses to evaluate continuous cost improvement projects.
Collect monthly performance-related data and prepare executive reports and presentations.
Support sales & business development, spend & contract analysis, and category planning activities.
Solve complex problems to ensure customer satisfaction with provided services.
Ensure effective communication across relevant functions to achieve business objectives.
Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders at global and market unit levels.
Key Deliverables:
Support the delivery of services to stakeholders and category leads, including:
Strategic sourcing
Contract negotiations
Supplier performance management
Work closely with Market Unit Category Leads (MU Cat Lead) to align with global, regional, and market unit category priorities and allocate resources efficiently for sourcing initiatives.
Collaborate with Category Excellence Leads (CXL/MU CXL) to provide necessary delivery results and ensure alignment with business needs.
Engage with CS&S P+ Global Capabilities Functional Leads (e.g., SI&S, Risk, ET) to integrate requirements into sourcing delivery scope.
Maintain close collaboration with global capabilities teams to align sourcing activities with strategic priorities.

Skills and Qualifications:
College degree holder.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Global Sourcing, Contract Management, Category Management, Supplier Management, and/or Supply Chain Consulting.
Proven track record of delivering results in a relevant industry environment.
Experience in supporting US or international clients outside the Philippines.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-level global matrix organization.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on stakeholder engagement and problem-solving.
