Job Description
Lead recruitment, deployment, and onboarding processes.
Manage employee relations, handle incident reports, and oversee due process.
Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits and labor regulations.
Assist in updating HR policies, conducting orientations, and supporting performance evaluations.
Provide support to the HR & Operations Head in HR planning and initiatives.
Supervise, mentor, and guide HR team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
With proven experience in an HR supervisory role, preferably in a manpower or outsourcing company.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledgeable in labor laws, recruitment strategies, and employee relations.
