Position: HR Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Graduate of Bachelor's Degree related to Human Resource Management or Psychology
✨ With least 1-2 years working experience in the same role.
✨ Has working experience as HR in a construction company
✨ Amendable to work on site
✨ Amendable to attend face to face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Create, maintain, evaluate and improve employee handbooks and HR regulations..
✨ Resolve employee concerns, provide input to top management, handle disagreements, and collect reports by completing forms, required documentation, and records.
✨ Manage the recruitment and selection process
✨ Processing system-based software benefits and compensation for employees.
✨ Maintaining documentation in human resources about new hires, transfers, firings, changes to job classifications, and merit raises
✨ In charge of payroll computation
