Job Description
- Lead recruitment, deployment, and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations, incident reports, and due process.
- Ensure compliance with government benefits and labor regulations.
- Assist in HR policy updates, orientations, and performance evaluations.
- Support the HR & Operations Head in HR planning and initiatives.
- Supervise and guide HR team members.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least with experience in an HR supervisory role, preferably in a manpower or outsourcing company.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in labor laws, recruitment, and employee relations.
