Job Description
-Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, equipment, and the overall kitchen area in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
-Support line cooks and kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
-Properly store food items and monitor inventory levels, reporting shortages to supervisors.
-Dispose of waste and adhere to recycling procedures.
-Ensure all food is labeled, dated, and stored correctly.
-Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
